The Rev’d Mark Mills-Powell – B.A, M.Div

Before setting up the Saints’ Projects Trust Mark was a parish priest in both England and the USA for 30 years, Mark is the Emeritus Warden of The Guild of St. John and St. Mary Magdalene, the author of St.Benedict for Today, Praying in the Shadow of the Bomb,  Exploring Humility and  Passion and Purity. He edited Setting the Church of England Free.

Trained as an RAF Pilot from 1976 –1979 and then trained and served as a Navigator on Nimrod Maritime Reconnaissance aircraft from 1976 – 1987. As a Flight Commander, trained RAF Cadets to be Officers at the Royal Air Force College, Cranwell from 1987 –1988 and then retired from the RAF in 1988 to fulfil a vocation as a clergyman in the Church of England. Trained at Ridley Hall Theological College, Cambridge and served his title In East Reading from 1990– 1993. He served as the Rector of the United Benefice of Bradfield with Stanford Dingley from 1993 – 2003, as Team Rector of the Langport Area Team Ministry (8 parishes in Somerset) until 2012. and is presently Team Rector of High Wycombe and Vicar of All Saints Parish Church.Hugh also the Warden of The Guild of St. John and St. Mary Magdalene,

Ling Ling Parnin LingLing has been involved in SPT as a trustee since May 2012. Born in Taiwan, she is now a  successful restauranteur in Cambridge. With her husband she owns and operates Le Gros Franck, La Maison du Steak,  Saucisse Mon Amour, LingLing’s Asian Kitchen and Pull me Cheri. LingLing also serves on the PCC of St Paul’s Church, Hills Road, Cambridge. Her passion is for education in the areas where we work; clearly exemplified by the school named after her in Kenya.


The Rev’d Tim Mills

Tim worked for the Christian development Charity, World Vision, for many years before becoming a priest. His work took him to many corners of the globe including Uganda, Mozambique, South Africa and India. He has also worked for Cancer Research. He also worked for Burrswood, the Christian hospital and healing centre, and has continued as a Trustee of the centre since 2007.He is also involved in the support of an orphanage for Tibetan orphans in the foothills of the Himalayas. Tim is now Vicar of St. Mary’s Ticehurst and St. Augustine Flimwell, is married to Priscilla and has three children.

Michael Watson

Michael has been a trustee of The Saints’ Projects Trust since it started in 2006 and plays the vital role of Treasurer. Amongst many other responsibilities this involves producing annual financial statements for the Trust and ensuring all donations that the Trust make reach the relevant bank accounts across the world. Michael has worked in the corporate sector all his life and lives in Berkshire with his wife and three children.

Tereza Votre Brown

Tereza VotreTereza Votre Brown, born in Brazil and resident in England for the past 30 years.
She has lived in Berkshire, Cambridgeshire and is now living in London.
She has a 24 year old daughter called Alexandra .
Tereza has been involved in the past with charities like motor neurone disease, Born Free and Help the Aged.
She now feels very privileged to became part of this special team at Saints Project Trust.
Tereza has been a jewellery designer and silversmith for the past 15 years. She is creating a small collection of pieces in aid of the Trust.

Sandra Yardley
Initially training as a Nurse before moving into the business arena. Mother of William and Sarah.
An entrepreneur Sandra has set up and run several businesses and worked as a consultant at all
levels within diverse business areas. A people person and a problem solver she loves the
challenge SPT offers. Currently a director of two companies her energy and enthusiasm also run to
team membership at : The Living Well a Christian Healing centre, Big Church Day Out, and New
Wine. A qualified RYA sailing instructor and when time allows she is also a keen shot
